Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia intends to acquire Dell Power Edge Servers, on a sole source basis to Dell Federal authorized Resellers, in support of Joint Staff J6. The contractor shall provide the requested list of materials. The acquired materials must be compatible with the current equipment that is in use at J6, and shall be provided without disruption of current processes This is a notice of intent for a sole source contract to a Dell Authorized Reseller with a delivery date of 30 days from date of Award. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 334614.
