Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a 'Brand Name or Equal' commercial contract for Animal Cage Washer Unit SMC Model RW6290 with Components and Installation as a Small Business' Set Aside' requirement for the Columbia MO. VAMC. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 25 March 2014.
