- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The services under this contract will include mowing, edging, raking, sweeping, debris collection and disposal of debris at Albeni Falls Dam Powerhouse/Vista Areas, Albeni Cove Recreation Area, Priest River Recreation Area, Riley Creek Recreation Area, Springy Point Recreation Area, and Trestle Creek Recreation Area located on the Albeni Falls Project, Bonner County, Idaho.
