Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with InfinaDyne: 3536 Jersey Ridge Road; Davenport, Iowa 52807 for the acquisition of 600 annual license renewals. Based on extensive market research and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that the software licensing can only be provided by InfinaDyne as they are the sole source of annual renewals. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Amy Lacy, email address: Amy.Lacy@ic.fbi.gov, Wednesday, March 26, 2014 (10:00 am Eastern). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
