- This requirement is solely set-asid3e for Pre-Existing Contractors under the Eastern Logistics Service Area Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) with General Construction experience. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Actual solicitation documents are available as of Monday March 17, 2014. There will be a site walk-through on April 2, 2014, at 10:00 AM local time.
