- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Dublin and Pleasanton Delineated Area: Dublin City Limits and Pleasanton City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 28,750 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,187 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 120 with 24-hour/7-day-a-week access within 2 block radius of the offered Building. Parking Spaces Secure Structured or Surface 120 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Special Requirements: Offered space shall not have public parking underneath or within the building. Proposed building cannot house within the building day care facilities, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, or drug rehabilitation clinics, immigration, probations, public defenders, and/or social services. Proposed building cannot has metered or public parking directly in front, behind, or next to the building. Proposed building cannot be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/or day care facilities. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The office space must be fully serviced, first-class, air-conditioned office and related space, together with 120 secure parking spaces with 24-hour/7-day-a-week access within 2 block radius of the offered Building. The office space must 2nd floor or above, vertically contiguous, and met on a maximum of 2 floors. Offered space on the top floor of the building and rooftop access within the space will not be considered. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Dublin, California that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
