Description

NOAA Awards Ceremony Catering Service RFQ Attachment A The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)/Deputy Under Secretary (DUS) Office would like to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The award for the Purchase Order shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in Attachment D. Products shall be delivered in preparation for the NOAA Awards Ceremony that will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Please be advised that this RFQ does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a proposal. In addition, the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally obligate the Government to the expenditure of appropriated funds in connection with this procurement. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. The Contractor must be considered a Small Business under the following NAICS Code: 7223020 You must fill out the Attachment A Form for you Quote to be considered.
