- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation No. AG-81J8-S-14-0325 is issued as an RFP (Request for Quotation). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. (iv) This procurement is a sole-source procurement. The NAICs code is 325414. 750 employees is the small business size standard. (vi) Delivery to USDA, ARS, Western Human Nutrition Research Center Core Support Lab; 430 West Health Sciences Drive, Davis, CA 95616 (vii) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items ( Nov 2013), applies to this acquisition.
