- Description
- *** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION*** The purpose of this procurement is to purchase the vascular software, DigiNet Pro Systems, for the Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS). This is the only software of this kind that integrates with the VA network, according to Region 1 OI&T. The contractor shall supply all software licenses, updates, hardware, equipment, tools, labor and all necessary elements required to deliver, install, and ensure implementation for all deliverables, including training. No additional fees will be paid by the government. The current process for reporting vascular labs is as follows: the technician has to write into the current vascular lab software (Atrium) all the numbers generated while obtaining the machine and generate a preliminary report for to review with the films. Atrium is no longer produced and thus no longer serviced. As it has crashed after last attempt at repair, the staff is unable to generate these preliminary reports. Therefore, the VA technicians have to generate a hand written preliminary report. With this new system, the values generated during vascular studies will be automatically incorporated into the preliminary report. It also has the ability to import patient data into the study. Once the preliminary report is completed the physician interpretation can be done, signed off and the report is then exported to the network along with images for immediate viewing. This drastically reduces the time and work effort to generate a vascular lab report. This can result in cost savings per lab by either decreasing overtime needs or increasing productivity in terms of number of labs done. *** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION***
