- •1. Remove, and install new in its entirety, the following components: •· Front windshield wiper blades complete with arm assemblies sized to fit windshield •· Windshield wiper motor assemblies •· Left side turn signal lens •· Driver and passenger cabin interior fans and switches •· AC/Heater console, and replace area of broken duct vents •· Driver and passenger seat to match or exceed currently installed (Air Ride) with vertical and horizontal adjustment with 180 deg swivel •· Floor drain located interior driver side by most forward vidmar to match current installed •· 2 each Low pressure warning light sensors (on dashboard) •· Fuel gage assembly and sending unit (must remain operational with low fuel alarm) •· Driver and passenger sides power mirror assembly with control panel to match existing installed control panel on dashboard (VELVAC) •· All stationary windows and windshield seals •· Driver and passenger door assembly with locking sliders •· Driver and passenger back door entry stops on outside •· All entry door handle/lock assemblies (keyed alike X4) •· All doors weather stripping •· All entry doors dead bolts (keyed alike X4) •· Engine cover weather stripping and hold down straps (to meet or exceed DOT requirements) •· Left lower rocker molding •· Left compartment door number 1. •· Left compartment door number 2. •· Left compartment door number 3 and compartment. •· Left compartment door upper umbilical service area. •· Left compartment umbilical flooring cut and rubber coated lattice installed to match existing installed •· Folding deck mounts and locking pins •· Folding steps on back entry doors and folding deck •· Left compartment door number 4 door and compartment, •· Left compartment door number 5, •· Left compartment door number 6, •· Main awning assembly with metal wrap, manually operated •· Main awning arm kit, manual •· Left rear entry door replace/repair structural integrity •· Left rear cap vertical molding •· Front driver and passenger entry door (Pneumatic shut and latch) •· Right compartment door number one, •· Right compartment door number 2, •· Right compartment door number 3, •· Right compartment door number 4, •· Right upper side service door, •· Floor line molding insert •· Rear entry door exterior frame molding •· Outside diver graphics •· Repair one square foot of fiberglass located front left corner of the bumper (in front of the left front tire). •· Procure and install additional 4 each adjustable cup holders into existing engine cover. •· Remove existing and install new aluminum panel located in port compartment inner structure lower ribs. Door number 2: 28" H x 35" H x 31" D Door number 3: 50" H x 35" H x 31" D Door number 4: 72" H x 35" H x 31" D •· Fabricate and install 2 each larger that existing drains located in back section of umbilical service area plumbed to direct away from compartments below •· Fabricate and install water diverter umbilical service area (directing toward new drains) •· Remove existing interior flooring and replace with new in its entirety, using blue marine grade Spray on liner with 2" rise at walls. •· Remove existing port outer starboard panel liners below floor line molding and replace with new in its entirety, using blue marine grade spray on liner to cover ¼" inside compartment door exterior frames to create watertight seal. •· Remove existing storage compartment liner and replace with new in its entirety, using black marine grade spray on liner where accessible. •· Remove existing roof liner and replace with new in its entirety, using light gray marine grade spray on liner. Liner shall deflect heat and shall seal roof seams. •· Remove existing and install new, port lower inner structure ribs panel •· Replace all aluminum plating with corrosion damage on driver side •· Remove existing port graphics •· Repair aluminum holes located left and right walls (old attachment points) •· Preserve (clean, prep, prime and paint) a total of 6 square feet of aluminum plating located in port upper sidewall •· Repair a total of 5 each 4 inch dents in port upper sidewall •· Remove existing starboard side graphics •· Repair a total of 2 square feet of aluminum panel located back of right front wheel (body damaged) •· Preserve (clean, prep, prime and paint) a total of 6 square feet of aluminum plating located in left rear sidewall •· Remove existing and install new, identical generator set or equivalent with the same rating and structural size •· Prep/mask and replace wrap and graphics on vehicle exterior in its entirety Color shall be blue (same as existing) •· De-trim, remove, and reinstall in its entirety, the following components for refinishing: Handles Light brackets Wheel opening flairs
