- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR GREASE TRAP AND SEPTIC TANK SERVICES SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The 900th Contingency Contracting Battalion (CCBn), Fort Bragg, North Carolina is seeking source information to provide Non-Personal Support Services for pumping and cleaning of septic tanks, grease traps, field latrines, and lift stations at Fort Bragg, Simmons and Pope Army Air Fields, and Camp Mackall, North Carolina. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supervision and items necessary to perform all operations in connection with the mentioned requirement. The estimated magnitude of work is as follows: Estimated number of Grease Traps to be pumped/cleaned/serviced: 63 (various tank sizes) Total maximum Gallons: 107,245 (estimated) Times per year to be pumped: 756 (Monthly) (estimated) Estimated number of Field Latrines to be pumped/serviced: 1 Total maximum gallons 1,500 (estimated) Times per year to be pumped: 12 (estimated) Estimated number of Septic Tanks to be pumped/serviced: 38 (various tank sizes) Total maximum gallons 75,900 (estimated) Times per year to be pumped: 328 (various pumping schedules based on tank) (estimated) Estimated number of emergency pumping services: Grease Traps / Septic Tanks: 36 (estimated) Estimated total gallons: 10,000 (estimated) Times per year to be pumped: 36 (estimated) This is not a Request for Quotes, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. A period of performance of a 12-month base period plus four (4) 1-year options is anticipated. The period of performance is to begin on or about 20 November 2014. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of interest of all businesses, determine any interest from the small business community, and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information provided in response to this inquiry. Information provided is strictly voluntary. We are not requesting technical/management proposals. If you are an interested source, please provide the following voluntary information: 1) Company name and Point of Contact; 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOB, Service-disabled veteran-owned, etc.) if applicable; and 4) A brief Statement of Capability (no more than 10 pages), which demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements above. Include any Past Performance information on Government contracts of similar size and scope.
