- TFSAAFRG14CI0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. The NAICS code is 485113 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. This is not set-aside for small businesses. The Bureau of the Fiscal Services on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home located in Gulfport, MS has a need for a contractor to provide and operate transportation services for various recreational purposes of the AFRH-G campus grounds in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is an unrestricted labor hour solicitation with preference being given to small businesses that propose. Offerors interested in proposing shall do so in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors within this solicitation. Additional contract requirements and terms and conditions may be found in the attachment. Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this acquisition. Quotes shall be received by April 3, 2014 by 2:00 pm ET. All questions shall be emailed to PSB1@bpd.treas.gov,. Please reference TFSAAFRG14CI0001, attention PW/SB in the subject line of the email. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
