- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Data Distributing LLC for the following item(s): Maintenance to the Disco & Rimage CD/DVD Scanner System (The DISCO Rimage contract will include maintenance agreement that will provide immediate help desk telephonic technical support to trouble-shoot and resolve DISCO Rimage hardware and software problems as well as remote support services. ) The NAICS code is 511210. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement. If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 a.m on 26 March 2014, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
