- SITE VISIT SCHEDULE FOR W912D1-14-R-0004 Intrusion Detection Security Systems (IDSS) (a) An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday 27 March 2014; (b) Two locations will be visited for the Site Survey; (c) Participants will meet at the Burger King food court, Camp Buehring, Kuwait at 0900 a.m. (KUWAIT TIME) on 27 March 2014; (d) Participants will meet at the Zone I Starbucks, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait at 2:30 p.m. (KUWAIT TIME) on 27 March 2014; (e) The United States Government is not obligated to incur any costs associated with the attendance of this site survey. Contractors attending this site survey will be attending at their own expense; (f) Contractors shall coordinate for badging access for both locations; (g) Attached is Access Policy and Forms (h) Only contractors in attendance at the site survey can provide proposals for the impending solicitation; (i) Draft PWS will be provided.
