Description

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has released the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of a management and operating contractor for the Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) located on Long Island in Upton, NY. DOE is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors interested in competing for this contract. Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 19, 2014. A pre-proposal conference will be held within 30 days. Specific details of the contract performance requirements are described in the RFP. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted to the official BNL Competition email address at BNLCompetition@ch.doe.gov. Submission of questions by other means is not authorized. All questions must be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date the proposals are due. Questions and answers, if appropriate, will be posted to the BNL Competition website. The full text of the RFP is available on the BNL Competition website which can be found at http://bnlcompetition.science.energy.gov. This website will be the primary distribution medium used to disseminate information relating to this competition. Offerors are responsible for frequently checking the website for information, notices, and updates regarding the solicitation.
