- Medical Administration Support Services - FA3047-14-R-0010 Solicitation Number: FA3047-14-R-0010 All questions are due by 26 March 2014; 2:00 PM CST Title: Medical Administration Support Services Description: The Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC) at Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland, TX, has a requirement for Medical Administration Support Services. The contractor shall provide non-personal administrative technician services for various clinics, and also logistic type functions at WHASC. Locations include various clinics and administrative offices at the hospital, or any successor organization for the San Antonio area. Contractor shall perform administrative services per the PWS descriptions of the various positions required for administrative support. The events requiring performance are constant, with a workload unlikely to vary. Accordingly, the contractor is required to provide continual presence in various locations at WHASC during the hours outlined in the PWS. The contractor does not provide direct patient care, however, some of the positions will require patient interaction. The period of performance is Base Period: 1 May 2014 through 30 April 2015, plus three (3) one year option periods. This requirement will be solicited as a Total 8(a) Set-Aside, Competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110, Office Administration Services.
