- Description
- Amendment 001 Purpose: To address questions received from vendors: 1. Question: Can you tell me is there an incumbent contractor currently preforming work for this requirement? If so, could you please provide their company name and contract number? Answer: Current contractor for administrative support is Skyhawk Logistics Inc. contract number HSBP1008F23188. Incumbent will not be eligible for this solicitation since it set aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business. Also incumbent is not doing adjudications they are done by federal employees. 2. Question and Answer: Will the client sponsor the winning company for a facility clearance (NO) or is it a requirement at time of bid for bidders to already have a facility clearance? The requirement is that "on day one of the contract, at a minimum, 50% of the individuals proposed must be cleared and ready to work." It is acknowledged that the ability to provide cleared personnel (i.e., those with a favorably adjudicated SSBI level investigation) may be directly related to the contractors possession of a facility clearance. Note: A facility clearance is required to hold/maintain the company's personnel clearances 3. Question: What was the incumbent's contract value and over what period of time? Answer: This information can be found via a request in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request or the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG) website. 4. Question: Is the incumbent eligible to bid (SDVOSB meeting the size standard)? Answer: No 5. Question: Is there an incumbent currently doing the work or is this a totaling new procurement? Answer: See the answer to question 1.
