Description

The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD. on behalf of NICO Pain Clinic has awarded a sole source procurement to Siemens Medical Solutions (URGENT REQUIREMENT) for supplies. The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied the requirement. This notice of award is not a request for competitive price quortes. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government. Award was mae suing SAP.
