- N40083-14-Q-3211 RFQ This RFQ is for a small business set-aside. NAICS code 238330 with a size standard of $14,000,000.00 The estimated range of this project is $25,000 - $100,000. If you are interested in attending the site visit please contact Mr. Joe Loersch no later than March 31st, 2014. Provide a multipurpose floor system comprised of a rubber base mat laid in adhesive and a two-component polyurethane surface that is field applied in a seamless monolithic application. This floor system shall be intended for use and stand up to use in areas such as gymnasiums and weight training rooms. Furnish the following using standard design, materials, construction sizes and colors: •- Install new Synthetic Floor system •- Prep the existing floor for new floor installation (NOTE: Existing floor shall be demolished down to the concrete substrate and cove base will be removed by NAVFAC PWDGL shop forces) •- Adhere recycled Rubber base mat 9mm thick with 2mm Top coat •- Apply High Strength Resin •- Provide reducers where new flooring meets existing flooring (i.e.VCT or Carpet Tile) •- Note: Plastic Dustproof walls with Z flaps will be provided by NAVFAC PWDGL shop forces. Also, new cove base will be installed once new monolithic floor is complete and cured by NAVFAC PWDGL Shop forces •- Color selection of floor by Government •- All products used shall be "VOC" compliant and no personnel shall be required to evacuate the facility during installation of any product due to inhalation or fume dangers Four days floor prep One Week Installation Approx. (1) Week Cure time
