Description

The Philadelphia Office of FLC Contracts Dept is purchasing Ungerboeck Event Management Software License Renewal in support of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, on a sole source basis from Ungerboeck Systems International, Inc. pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Award for a cost plus fixed fee, contract is anticipated with a period of performance of 1 May 2014 through 30 May 2017, inclusive of two option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Capability statements received by 21 March 2014 will be considered by the government and reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The government will not pay for any information received.
