Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment and material for the delivery of Brand Name or Equal Oculus Pentacam Basic and accessories as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION AND ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. NON-COMPLIANT OFFERS WILL BE DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE.
