- Request for Information - Joint Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Device This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation to submit to DLA Troop Support the following: Technical information, quotes, and all related supporting documentation for all components and accessories that you have for a joint negative pressure wound therapy device. This request is a market research effort undertaken by the Government which will be used for information gathering purposes. The information received will be used for Acquisition Planning purposes and will help define future requirements for the subject item. 1.2 Submission Package. The submission package should consist of submittal of the following documents: •a.) Detailed essential characteristic compliance responses submitted in the form of a spreadsheet. These compliance responses will be directly related to the essential characteristics as specified in sections 4.1 & 4.2 listed herein along with any supporting technical literature addressing compliance with these functional requirements. Responses for each salient characteristic shall be in the form of compliant, non-compliant, or alternate proposal. •b.) Product pricing, which includes both the joint negative pressure wound therapy device, consumables, maintenance services, repair parts, and any other elements required to use and maintain the joint negative pressure wound therapy device. Respondents are requested to provide any and all operator and service manuals, parts lists, training CDs, and schematics for review of completeness and clarity. Additionally, the government may request at a future date an on-site demonstration of the joint negative pressure wound therapy device abilities to meet the required functionality and interoperability requirements stated herein. The joint negative pressure wound therapy device may be reviewed, tested, and validated by government equipment specialists and clinical staff.
