Description
Biodata Announcement MCC-14-RFP-0024 Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a United States government-owned corporation created in 2004, whose mission is to provide assistance that will support economic growth and poverty reduction in carefully selected developing countries that demonstrate a commitment to just and democratic governance, economic freedom, and investments in their citizenry. To receive assistance, eligible countries are required to enter into a public agreement (Compact) with the MCC that includes a multi-year plan for achieving shared development objectives and the responsibilities of each country in achieving those objectives, regular benchmarks to measure progress, multi-year financial plan, and a plan to ensure accountability for the use of MCA assistance. SCOPE OF POSITION This position is located in the Office of the CIO within the Department of Administration and Finance (A&F) of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and reports to the Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer. The Personal Services Contractor (PSC) serves as the Director of Enterprise Support Services. The Enterprise Supports Services Branch provides Business Relationship Management (BRM). The primary goal of BRM is to build a partnership between and IT and business client to ensure that the organization leverages IT technologies for business advantage; coordinates and/or provide standard and customized technology training services for enterprise applications, products and services through a variety of delivery channels; customer service management which provides account, incident and problem management to business clients through a variety of channels including traditional, self-service and virtual held desk capabilities; end user devise service management which provides end-user assistance and support of all end-user devices (and peripherals) including selection, deployment, support and maintenance, and configuration management for end-user (desktop and mobile) devices; and IT asset management which provides complete IT asset lifecycle management from acquisition, to deployment and tracking, to disposal.
