- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a contract for an additional E911/PSAP terminal to AMCOM Software, 10400 Yellow Circle Drive, Eden Prairie, MN. 55343. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERORS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the single source determination, please provide information supporting your firm's capabilities and experience to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which will be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses need to be sent to Bob Pizzano no later than 3/17/2014 @ 11am. robert.pizzano@usma.edu. If no responses are received by the due date an award will be made without further notice.
