- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Stratasys Connex 500 Printer Maintenance Annual Renewal, serial number 50090 (Quantity - 1 each) and 2) Fortus eT Full Care Annual Maintenance, serial number T0014 (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Stratasys Ltd., 5 Fortune Dr., Billerice, MA 01821 due to proprietary data. Stratasys Ltd. Holds the end user's licensing data and maintenance history for troubleshooting and service and is not available for purchase through any other vendor. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's abilitiy to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
