- Notice of Intent for Sole Source: Maintenance and Upgrades for William Data Systems' Exigence Zen Trace and Solve, Group Trace, and Implex Software The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with William Data Systems, LLC, 201 F Royal St SE, Leesburg, VA, 20175-3116for renewal of maintenance and upgrades for Exigence Zen Trace and Solve, Group Trace, and Implex Software. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.501(a)(2). William Data Systems is the only source known to the Government that sells maintenance renewal and upgrades for Exigence Zen Trace and Solve, Group Trace, and Implex software. The period of performance is for 12 months. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing by 1PM EST March 20, 2014 to Greg.Shanklin@ssa.gov.
