- Draft RFP Attachments J-1, J-5, J-6, J-7, J-9, J-11, J-12, J-13, J-14, CDRLs Company Feedback Session Registration and Industry Feedback Session Request Form Industry Day Logistics N00024-14-R-6303 Draft RFP Draft RFP N00024-14-R-6303 and Industry Day Announcement The Naval Sea Systems Command is issuing the Remote Multi-Mission Vehicle (RMMV) and Interim Maintenance Support draft RFP (dRFP) to provide advance visibility of requirements and to seek industry feedback. The RMMV and Interim Maintenance Support dRFP defines the requirements for design, material procurement, manufacture, assembly, inspection, test, delivery and support of the RMMV, related RMMV support and interfacing systems/equipment, engineering services, logistic support, Government testing support, and documentation. On March 25, 2014, check-in will begin at 07:15 AM. The Program Executive Officer (PEO), Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) will sponsor the RMMV and Interim Maintenance Support Industry Day. Industry Day will be held at the CACI Incorporated Facilities located at 300 M Street SE, Suite 100, Washington, DC, 20003. The objective of Industry Day is to provide Government information and solicit industry feedback to support the development of the highest quality proposals in response to the planned RMMV and Interim Maintenance Support Request for Proposal (RFP). Industry Day will focus on: •· Program Vision and Objectives: Warfighter Operational Support, Program Management, and Risk Management. •· Contracting and Business Strategy in support of the Program Vision, Incentives, Competition, Innovation, and Streamlining. •· System Engineering Strategy and Objectives in support of the Program Vision and Business Strategy: System configuration, Interfaces, Operational modes, Performance, Technical documentation, and GFI/GFP. •· Test and Evaluation Strategy and Objectives in support of the Program Vision and Business Strategy: Contractor offshore, LCS testing, and Contractor support of Government testing. •· Integrated Logistics Support and Objectives in support of the Program Vision and Business Strategy: Designing for Supportability, Maintenance Planning, Interim support, and Support transition. On Industry Day, the Government will hold individual feedback sessions. During these sessions individual companies may provide Comments/Feedback on areas of the dRFP. The Government will provide no new information in these sessions. Please see the description in the Company Feedback Session Opportunity attachment. All interested industry partners are required to submit a registration form by Friday, March 21, 2014 at 2:00 pm EST. The conference will be held at the UNCLASSIFIED level (U.S. citizens only). Please indicate in the Registration and Industry Feedback Session Request Form if requesting a Feedback Session. The Industry Day agenda will be provided via FBO no later than two business days prior to Industry Day. Interested industry partners are allowed up to 3 individuals per company. There will be NO opportunities for questions or discussions between individual industry and Government representatives at Industry Day. All questions related to the dRFP and subsequent formal RFP must be submitted using the N00024-14-R-6303, Attachment J-12 Bidder's Question Submittal Form. Questions related to the dRFP will not be accepted beyond 10 calendar days after Industry Day. Administrative requirements related to the formal RFP will be addressed in the formal RFP release. During Industry Day, no handout material will be provided. Additional logistics considerations are defined in the attached RMMV Industry Day Logistics Information.
