Description

Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) will be soliciting quotes to furnish, install and maintain biological drain maintenance systems. Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material and labor for complete installation of drain maintenance systems. Contractor shall provide tools, chemicals and labor for monthly service calls and maintenance. Request for Quote (RFQ - VA-251-14-Q-0182) will be issued on or around March 13, 2014. Anticipated award date is April 1, 2014 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the government's discretion. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within five calendar days after the issuance of the RFQ. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offeror's are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Quote due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325199. The size standard is 1,000 employees.
