Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Southern Region, Eastern Logistics Service Area, AAQ -510, has a requirement for Jacksonville (ZJX) Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) Well Water System Upgrade, Hilliard, Florida. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is offered to all qualified responsive concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237110 � Water and Sewer Line Related Structures � Standard Size - $33.5 million When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request For Offer (SIR/RFO), each offeror is required to submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal in accordance with the Screening Information Request (SIR) provision in Section L entitled, "Instructions for Preparation of Proposals." All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of James E. Love, Contracting Officer (AAQ-510), via e-mail at james.love@faa.gov. Technical and cost proposals are due no later than 4:30 p.m. local time (Eastern Time Zone), March 20, 2014 and must be submitted to FAA, 1701 Columbia Avenue, College Park, Georgia 30337. The proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: ATTN: James Love, SIR/RFO DTFAEN-14-R-00014, due 4:30 p.m. ET, March 20, 2014. Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at delivery at Southern Regional Eastern Logistics Service Center. Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at Southern Regional Eastern Logistics Service Center. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 4:30 p.m. ET, March 20, 2014, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
