Description Workplace climate surveys have indicated that the current safety culture at VACIHCS may lack an environment that encourages reporting medical errors, near misses, or potential risks related to workers' concern of retribution. VACIHCS seeks to improve the Safety Culture through behavioral change, to create an atmosphere of sharing, without fear of speaking up for safety and reporting of near misses, to better gauge employee involvement and the overall health of the program. Please submit offers in accordance with the attached solicitation.
