- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is VA244-14-Q-0616 and it is issued as a Request for Proposals. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 339112. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a requirement for the items listed below. All items will be delivered to our facility located at University Dr. C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240-1000.
