- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to renovate the elevator lobby at the Providence VA Medical Center, RI, Project Number 650?12-008. Work includes general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. The construction cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors. The solicitation package will be available issued on 3/ 18/ 2014. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for March 28, 2014 at Noon. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation is set aside for verified service disabled veteran owned small businesses. All SDVOSBs shall be verified in Vet Biz at time of proposal submission. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
