Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the construction of a new wet laboratory at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) located at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA, 94304. This space shall be constructed as required by the plans and specifications. Solicitation will be issued as a set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about the week of April 14, 2014. Proposals will be due 30 days from the solicitation issue date. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and cost proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto campus. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
