Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a limited sole source to (2) two contractors; Avon Engineered Fabrications and B/E Aerospace - SMR Technologies. Two Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MAC) will be awarded for one base and 4 option years for the procurement of (9) Ship to Shore Connector Skirts and spare parts. Award will be made up to two offerors based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable proposal. Delivery will be made to Textron Marine and Land Systems, 252 Stone Road, Slidell, LA 70460. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326291. FSC is 2090 and the size standard is 500 employees. Any questions relating to this announcement are due 15 business days from the date this notice is published.
