Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c), the VA intends to conduct oral solicitations for PET radiopharmaceuticals for: Seattle VA Medical Center 1660 South Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108-1597 For the period of 4/1/2014 through 3/31/2015. Estimated quantities are as follows: 1.F-18 FDG 1-20mCi/Dose375 each 2.F-18 Sodium Fluoride50 each Delivery will be requested by 5:00pm the weekday before and shipments must be calibrated for the procedure time. Emergency deliveries may also be required. (Emergency delivery: same day delivery or weekend/after-hours deliveries) To be included in the solicitation process, please contact the contracting officer no later than Noon Pacific time March 18th, 2014.
