Description
SYNOPSIS This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for AN/ALQ-218(v)1 repairs, calibration, & parts/ assemblies. The Government intends to award a level of effort cost plus fixed fee Job Order (JO) for a 3-year period. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-12-G-WS55 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 1745A W Nursery Rd, Linthicum Heights MD 21090-2906, for a maximum ceiling amount of $12,500 on 12/19/2011. The BOA covers a 5-year ordering period. The BOA will provide for an increased repair capacity of the NSWC Crane Division ALQ-218 Tactical Jamming Receiver System Repair Depot as well as to provide long-term sustainment support for the repair depot. Supplies and Services included under the BOA are: assemblies, subassemblies, ancillary equipment, testers and associated equipment, product improvements, technical support, logistical support, repair services, related systems and subsystem integration, training drawings, data, and software for the AN/ALQ-218 Tactical Jamming Receiver System and its variants and derivative systems. The job orders under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
