Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation VA251-14-Q-0203 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 454310 and the business size standard is 50 employees. This is a small business set aside. Requestors shall state their business size on their proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the contracting officer. Requested Items: 7,500 gallons of off road diesel fuel Contract will provide off road diesel fuel to the VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. Offers shall be submitted to Kellie Theisen, Contract Specialist, at Kellie.Theisen@va.gov by no later than Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 5:00PM, EST.
