- 1. Request for Quote (RFQ) 28th Contracting Squadron: 1000 Ellsworth Dr. Suite 1200 Ellsworth AFB, SD 57710 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of B-1 Crew Table Maintenance Services for the 28th Bomb Wing, 28th Contracting Squadron (28th CONS), Ellsworth Air Force Base (EAFB), South Dakota, issued on 7 March 2014 in accordance with FAR 12.603. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is for five years. The estimated period of performance will be from 28 March 2014 through 27 March 2019. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, equipment maintenance, and other items or services necessary to perform B-1 Crew Table Maintenance at Ellsworth AFB in accordance with the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, all contractors must be authorized to service B-1 Crew Tables through the B-1 Programs Office (See attached PWS, para 1.2 "Qualification/Approval"). The contractor is responsible for the transportation costs of the B-1 Crew Tables to and from Ellsworth AFB. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. Interested firms are responsible for monitoring www.FBO.gov frequently for any amendments to any and all documents. All quotes must be submitted via email to alejandro.sena.2@us.af.mil. The proposed closing date for the response is 21 March 2014, 4:00PM Mountain Standard Time. All contractors must return the completed Request for Quote (See attached). Hard copies of this solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System is 488190 with a small business size standard of $30,000,000.00. The Service Code for this requirement is J049. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (www.SAM.gov) in order to be eligible for award.
