- Attached is the solicitation A solicitation has been released for this requirement. Proposals must be received by 2:00pm 07 April 2014. The Department of the Air Force, 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron (763 SCONS/PKC) intends to issue a sole source contract to Exelis Inc. The award is to provide MPN-25 and PAR-2000 Radar Support. Period of Performance includes a 1 year base period and 2 twelve month option periods. The place of performance for this requirement will be at the contractor's facility as well as deployed system locations, both CONUS AND OCONUS, as specified by the government). The government plans to solicit and make an award for this requirement to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC 253(c)(1). This is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation packages are not available. The approved J&A will be posted at a later date.
