- Fosinopril 10MG, 20 MG, 40 MG tablets. Unrestricted Acquisition. Fully competitive. Firm Fixed Price Contract. Five year Requirements Contract with one year base and four 1 year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements Clause), to provide the drugs listed in the schedule for purchase by DLA, VA, Bureau of Prisons and Indian Health Services customers through the DLA and VA Medical Prime Vendor Program. The annual usage for DLA, VA, BoP, and IHS served through the Prime Vendor Program will be estimated in the Schedule of Supplies section of the Solicitation. Copy of the Solicitation will be found on the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS). Website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR 12.
