- DD 1391 NOA Cincinnati The Army Reserve is soliciting interested parties for the purpose of a Real Property Exchange (RPX) of Army Reserve land and facilities located at the former COL Thomas H. Morrow USARC - 1600 Seymour Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45237, under the authority of 10 USC, Section 18240 (extract attached). Army Reserve property consists of approximately 14+ acres of land with 37,372 SF of improvements. These improvements include a 30,403 SF Armory constructed in 1958, a 6,009 SF maintenance building constructed in 1997 and a 960 SF storage area. All utilities are available at the site. The party selected to be the exchange partner must provide facility additions to the existing training center and maintenance facilities at the Kings Mills Memorial USARC, in Maineville, OH, to be built to Army Reserve specifications. Interested parties shall provide a letter guaranteeing a minimum available Line of Credit in the amount equal to the total estimated value of the proposal as listed above. This letter shall be from a reputable financial institution, as determined by US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), incorporated in the United States of America, addressed to USACE, Savannah District, and guarantee that the Line of Credit will be available for the duration of the proposed exchange project. The letter must be received by USACE, Savannah District Real Estate Division at the address below by 04 April 2014, no later than 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). Interested parties, who have been deemed serious potential exchange partners, will be provided an opportunity to assess the properties offered, and helped to further understand Army's requirements.
