- RFX This NSN is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5 and is solicited as an IDPO over the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. NSN: 3120-01-286-6170. BUSHING, SLEEVE. Solicitation Number SPE4A614X0521. AMSC 3P. Estimated Minimum Delivery Order Quantity will be 25 pieces. Estimated Maximum Delivery Order Quantity will be 43 pieces. Terms are FOB ORIGIN, Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN. Stocked Item. Item is a CRITICAL ITEM. Item is SOURCE CONTROLLED. Approved Source is CAGE 82796. Item has QCC of FCA. Requested delivery of 090 days ARO. This acquisition is solicited UNRESTRICTED; NAICS CODE 332991. Solicitation will result in a bilateral Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), with a three-year Base Period plus one Option Term of two years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be March 6, 2014. The solicitation close date is anticipated to be March 17, 2014.
