Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice Only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, intends to issue solicitation VA259-14-R-0319 for Off- Site Audiology/Balance Services for the (VA) Salt Lake City Health Care System. The requirement is for clinical space, equipment and personnel to perform hearing and balance testing and assessments in accordance to the Performance Work Statement. The off-site facility must be located within the Salt Lake City/Salt Lake City Valley area. It is anticipated that the contract will have 12-month base period and 4 one-year option periods. Services are anticipated to start May 1, 2014. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 621340. Size standard is $7.0 Million. The VA anticipates awarding a fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract. The electronic solicitation will be available for download on or around Thursday, March 6, 2014, from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFP to obtain all amendments and/or applicable documents. Offerors are instructed to hold all questions until the RFP has been issued. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov.
