NCO-23 anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS/VENTANA MEDICAL SYSTEMS FINC for I View Lab Detection Kits, Stock Number 760-091, for the Sioux Falls VA. NAICS Code 325413 In-vitro diagnostic substances manufacturing. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the fact that these kits will only work in the VENTANA BENCHMARK LT STAINER.
