Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-14-Q-0117 for the following: This contract shall include all labor and materials necessary to furnish blank Marble Columbarium Niche covers for National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. This contract covers the period of thirty days. The purpose of this contract is to supply blank Marble Columbarium Niche covers to American Cemetery Service. All potential offerors shall submit at their expense one of each sample type by the closing date of this solicitation. The samples shall be used to determine potential awardees' ability to perform blank granite niche covers. Failure to meet any of the requirements will result in the rejection of the sample(s). All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 327991 and the Small Business Size Standard 500 Employees. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Price 2) Technical, 3) Past Performance. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from Federal Business Opportunities http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around March 5, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 12, 2014. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at FedBizOpps.
