- THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The Mission and Installation Contracting Office -Fort Riley (MICC-Riley), Kansas has a requirement in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Riley, Kansas. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the repair and/or replacement of Overhead Doors, mounting and operators. MICC-Riley will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Invitation for Bid (IFB), W911RX-14-B-0008, Repair/Replace of Overhead Doors will be issued on or about 14 March 2014. The requirement will be set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 238390, Other Building Finishing Contractors with a size standard of $14M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is 180 days. The IFB will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the IFB package and any amendments. All bidders shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
