Description

Addenda for Temporary Services The SCA WD listed is the one on our prime contract. It is up to the vendor to decide if any of the employees will meet the SCA requirements. If not, then you should price accordingly. If so and it is not listed on the WD, then the vendor need to send us the position's information so we can request the WD to be conformed for the new position. 1. Is this a new or follow on requirement? If it is a follow on, please let us know the current contract number and contract value? New requirement 2. Who is the incumbent? Is it still eligible to bid as a prime for this contract? No current vendor 3. Do we need resumes to submit for the required key personnel's? Not at the award of contract, but resumes should be submitted before the personnel comes to the center. 4. Is this contract best value basis or LPTA (Lowest Price Technical Acceptable), please confirm? The contract award will be based on best value.
