- Wage determination No. 05-2215 (Rev.15) Statement of Work - Land Mobile Radio Maintenance FA4621-14-T-0006-Land Mobile Maintenance Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 811213 with a size standard of $10.0 Million. The subject solicitation number is: FA4621-14-T-0006. McConnell AFB, KS plans to acquire the following services: Land Mobile Radio Maintenance (base year plus 4 option years) The contractor shall provide all management, materials, labor, tools, parts, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform recurring and non-recurring maintenance/repair services for Land Mobile Radio equipment in accordance with the statement of work, dated 25 Feb 14. Period of Performance: 14 Apr 14 - 13 Apr 15, plus 4 option years. The following is a description of the proposed contract line items (CLINs) as detailed in the attached solicitation: Line Item 0001: Monthly recurring maintenance (12 Months) The contractor shall provide all management, materials, labor, tools, parts, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform recurring maintenance and repair services for Land Mobile Radio equipment in accordance with the statement of work, dated 25 Feb 14. Line Item 0002: Non-recurring maintenance (21,500 Lots at $1.00 Each) The contractor shall provide all management, materials, labor, tools, parts, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform non-recurring maintenance and repair services for Land Mobile Radio equipment on an as needed basis in accordance with the statement of work, dated 25 Feb 14 and contractor furnished price list (Appendix 3 of the statement of work). This is a not to exceed line item, unless otherwise modified. The contractor shall not exceed the allotted dollar amount on this line item. If required, the contractor must notify the contract administrator if exceeding the dollar value is likely. Line Item 0003: Parts draw, (500 Lots at $1.00 Each) The contractor shall be reimbursed, at the manufacturer's service price, for contractor-furnished parts used for recurring and non-recurring maintenance repairs excluding screws, retainers, or incidentals normally furnished in according with industry standards in accordance with the statement of work, dated 25 Feb 14. This is a not to exceed line item, unless otherwise modified. The contractor shall not exceed the allotted dollar amount on this line item. If required, the contractor must notify the contract administrator if exceeding the dollar value is likely. Line items for subsequent option years mirror those above and are included in the attached solicitation, FA4621-14-T-0006. The contractor shall complete and submit the attached solicitation as well as complete and submit the non-recurring price list (appendix 3 of the statement of work). The following provisions and clauses in their latest editions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement. Statutes or Executive orders-Commercial Items. Additional FAR Provisions and Clauses are included in the attached solicitation. Award will be made to the responsive offeror determined to be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with the criteria listed in the attached solicitation. Awardee will be required to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF). Award can only be made to contractors registered in System for Award Management (http://www.SAM.gov). To submit a valid quote please fill out the attached solicitation and send with your offer. Offerors shall respond to this solicitation by 1:00 pm CST, 20 Mar 14.
