- EPOCH software License and EPOCH renewal maintenance support SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determinin g if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Se t - Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 541512 which has a corresponding Size standard of $25.5M. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Vetera n- Owned, HUBZon e, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS cod e. Additionall y, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangement s, along with a description of similar products offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partner s. 2. Description of Required Supplies or Services: The following EPOCH software is required to perform software maintenance of the Command and Control System - Consolidated (CCS-C) system. This software will support one of the four tasks identified in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Implementation Agreement (IA) (IA #: OO-ALC-KTTS-13-001 IA 001). The IA establishes the working relationship between the Ogden Air Logistics Complex, Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Systems Directorate, and Kratos Technology & Training Solutions, Inc. Specifically, the software is used as an integral component of the Remote Resource Monitoring capability to monitor the Satellite Operations. The software will be used at the CCS-C Depot Sustainment Lab (DSL) at Peterson AFB.
