- SF 1449 The attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation number is N63394-14-T-0026. This solicitation documents a incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice 20080722. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, SUBMIT QUOTE / PROPOSALS AND CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETETIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. ALL QUOTES OR PROPOSALS RECIEVED BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS POSTING WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis, the following items: 1. Large articles monitor with 4 detectors and 5 689 electronics includ i ng b a se lead, P/N: LAM12A-E (qty 1) 2.Ticket/label printer for SAM12/LAM12, P/N: AE0219A (qty 1) 3. Barcode scanner for SA M 12/LA M 12, P/N: 702829KM (qty 1) 4. Che c kout, Train in g, P/N: TSVFS2 (qty 1) 5. One year maintena n ce plan, for the LAM12, P/N: LAM12-FSIZINTX(qty 1 ) 6. Shipping charges The Government reserves the right to award on an all or nothing, or partial basis. The NAICS code is: 334519 and the size standard: 500 Employees. This synopsis/solicitation is a "Competitive" requirement. The contract type will be a Firm, Fixed Price. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, (NSWC) Pt. Hueneme, CA. intends to procure on a full and open basis. The solicitation will be issued on or about 03/03/2014. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship.
